At Mortgage Underwriter University, all mortgage underwriting training classes are conducted online and taught "live" by an instructor. This allows the student to ask questions and get answers as the coursework is being taught.  Our Philosophy... Mortgage Underwriter University teaching philosophy is simple: 1) utilize only experienced instructors, 2) hold a small class environment and 3) utilize self-tests vs. graded tests. In order for instruction to be effective and for students to retain the most amount of information, Mortgage Underwriter University firmly believes students must receive individual, one-on-one attention as well as have the ability to ask lots of questions.  Small Class Environment... Each online elearning class is kept to no more than 30 students per class. Not to mention, each class is taught "live" by an instructor who administers a short self-test at the end of each training session, reviewing the answers with the students at the beginning of the following day's class.
